  Very slow service.
  Asked to have a TV changed to the Football game that they advertised on the website as playing but wasn't on any TV.
  Then with 15 minutes left in the game, someone changed the channel! Even though I had been asked once already if i was watching it (which i replied yes, don't change it)
  The service was so slow that it took 10 minutes to ASK someone to change it back, and the game was over before it was ever changed back... so I just left.
  And to boot, they also made a mistake on my bill and over-charged.
  Never going back.
